Group Rules To Make Your Fun Safe & Enjoyable

It is important that you arrive at your scheduled time.

We need to know if you are running late. Please give us a call at (845) 469-2116 ext. 0 to let us know at your earliest convenience.

LATE POLICY:  Please understand that in order for us to be able to offer such discounted group rates, it is imperative that your group arrives on schedule.  We carefully time our group arrivals so that everyone, including our walk-in guests and our other booked groups, can enjoy their experience here at The Castle.  For any groups arriving late, there will be your choice of a 10% surcharge added to your bill or the same amount of time deducted from your activity cards so that your original departure time will remain as if you arrived on time.  Thanks for your understanding.

If you are running more than 15 minutes late OR early, you must call us from the bus!  Please call 845-469-2116 press ext. 0 to let us know your ETA, do not pull up early or late without advising us.

BUSES ARE NOT TO UNLOAD PASSENGERS WITHOUT A CASTLE REPRESENTATIVE.  If a Castle team member does not automatically meet your bus, call 845-469-2116 ext. 0 and let them know you have arrived.  All guests must remain on the bus until met and led by a Castle representative.

Please understand that we have a system for bus arrivals and failure to follow these guidelines may result in numerous delays and possibly safety issues.  We appreciate your working with us to make your visit a smooth one.  Thank you.

Everyone needs to behave in an appropriate manner, no running and no offensive language. Please respect all other guests and all rules.
