All attractions are priced individually, simply add any amount of money to a Castle card at any point-of-sale or kiosk at The Castle and let the fun begin!

We do not offer a wristband option, you just pay for the activities that you would like to do! No advanced bookings needed or taken, just come on in during our regular hours of operation.

The Castle Fun Center Welcomes you with Plenty of Free Parking On Site!

With no admission charge or parking fee, The Castle Fun Center allows you to customize your fun anytime you want. Whether you have hours to indulge in all of our attractions, or just have time to drop-in for an hour to cure boredom for your kids–your fun is up to you!

You simply purchase a Castle Card and pay only for the attractions you would like to do. Load any value onto the card and swipe the card at each attraction (including arcade games!) and the amount of the activity will be deducted from your cards’ balance. You can put any amount onto a Castle card. There is a $2 initial charge for new cards.

*Any unaccompanied minors must purchase a minimum $20 Castle card upon entry.

Yes! Our indoor 50,000 square-foot facility is open year round.

The Castle Fun Center includes year round  indoor activities and Restaurant & Pub. Our outdoor activities are seasonally operated Spring thru Fall, weather permitting.  Our hours do change seasonally so please click here for our year-round hours of operation for our current hours.

A Castle Card is a rechargeable debit card that allows you to pay as you play.

Purchase a card for $2 and put on as little or as much as you want on the card. Just swipe your card at the scanner as you enjoy your attractions! Castle Cards never expire so be sure to keep yours with you! Unused points can not be refunded. Cards are used for all attractions and food, but are not for use to purchase alcohol, gratuity or to purchase any special or discounted packages. Learn more about Castle Cards here.

At The Castle, there are balance readers available to swipe your card and check your balance at any time.

There is no outside food or drinks allowed in the facility.

If you are planning on dining in Jesters Pub, you may bring a cake, however, please read our policy on that below.

As much as we appreciate your wanting to host your own party at the Castle, please keep in mind that we are a party hosting facility. Table seating within the Castle facility is reserved strictly for Castle hosted parties. Thank you for your understanding.

In order to maintain a restaurant atmosphere, we must instill the following policies regarding bringing your own cake and hosting your own party in Jester’s:

• Allotted table time is 1 hour and reservations are required. Additional table time is $75/hr (advanced reservation required as well).
• All guests must be seated and participate in table service with a $100 table minimum required.
• Please remember, this is a restaurant and we cannot have kids running in and out.
• All gifts, cake, and possessions must stay at your table.
• If bringing your own cake, there is a $1 per person cake plating charge.
• 18% gratuity will be added to your check for your party.

We do not offer cash sponsorships of individuals or organizations but feel free to let us know if you have an event coming up where we can donate a Castle card for raffle/tricky tray purposes.

DONATION REQUEST DETAILS

The Castle takes great pride in our support of qualified local (New York and New Jersey, under a 40 mile radius) nonprofit organizations and local schools in the form of Castle card donations for use in Tricky Trays, Auctions or Raffles.

All requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event. Please do not re-submit this form again if you have already sent us your request, thank you.

BEFORE SUBMITTING:

PLEASE CHECK WITH OTHERS IN YOUR ORGANIZATION WHO MAY BE REQUESTING DONATIONS TO MAKE SURE THEY HAVE NOT YET REQUESTED ONE FROM THE CASTLE ALREADY; we cannot continue to make donations when organizations make requests for the same fundraiser thru multiple people, thank you for your help and understanding in this.

Yes we do have a lost and found and we go thru every effort to return any belongings left behind to their owners!

We hope to return every item that is left here with it’s rightful owner! However, given the amount of clothing and accessory items that are often left at The Castle, we are unable to store them all, so after 10 days any unclaimed clothing items are donated to the local used clothing charity bin. Likewise, any unclaimed electronics or other miscellaneous items are also donated to local resources within 10 days.
