We are perfecting our roles of customer service as a growing company providing a location for friends, families, parties and the community to come together and enjoy activities in a safe and fun environment.
Fun Team Members
- Serving as Customer Service Associates/POS, Party Hosts, Activity Attendants and/or Restaurant/Pub Hosts.
- Must be friendly, outgoing, smiling and excited about achieving the highest customer service standards possible!
- Excellent communication skills.
- Maintain facility safety standards.
- Assists in marketing and promotions of all upcoming park programs to our guests.
- Maintains and follows standards of cleanliness, organization and professional appearance.
Keyholder Team Members
- Assist facility managers with daily duties as needed; to possibly take on management roles such as opening, closing or filling in when a manager is absent.
- Requires responsible individuals with the ability to take a leadership role.
- Help train staff to effectively perform all job responsibilities.
- Lead by example in terms of superior customer service, friendly attitude, outgoing and smiling.
- Serve as Fun Team Member (as listed above)
- May be required to assist in closing out registers, dropping money and assuring that checklists for all areas are completed.
